1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by The School Dog Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

The School Dog Company provides school therapy dog training, handler training, and ongoing support services to UK educational institutions. Our services include:

• New school dog project implementation
• Existing dog assessment and enhancement training
• Handler training and certification
• Ongoing support and termly reviews
• Documentation and policy development

3. Booking and Payment

Upon booking our services:

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking
• Full payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement
• Cancellation policies apply as specified in your agreement
• All prices are quoted in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable

4. Client Responsibilities

Schools engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their requirements
• Ensure appropriate staff availability for training sessions
• Follow welfare guidelines for therapy dogs
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• Implement recommended safety protocols

5. Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions and maintain comprehensive insurance, schools remain responsible for the day-to-day welfare and supervision of therapy dogs once training is complete. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, documentation, and resources provided by The School Dog Company remain our intellectual property. Schools may use these materials for their own internal purposes but may not distribute, reproduce, or sell them without our written permission.
